What if museums did collectables? You’d be able to take home a tiny Grecian urn, a mini Ming vase or a Lucie Rie bowl the size of a thimble.  

Editions is an ongoing exploration of these imagined vessels. Pick your favourites to curate your own collection of handmade ceramic miniatures. Or collect them all and set up a mini museum that fits on a single shelf.

 Each vessel is handmade and fired in my London studio, individually stamped and numbered, then carefully packaged up complete with its own mini embossing.

I got really into making miniature bowls inspired by the legendary Lucie Rie, whose work I saw up close in Kettle's Yard Cambridge as well as The Jewish Museum and The V&A in London. Then I tried to imagine Rie as a ceramicist starting out today. What would her Instagram handle be? Would she have a stand DIY Art Market or is she more of a The New Craftsmen type? What would it look like if she jumped on the b**b pot bandwagon?
